At the very least, we shd get refunded for the inconvenience. We had done that when we arrived but this time, as the inconvenience was caused by that overnight plumbing repair, we thought there wld be a bit of help to guests, etc, not mentioning the sleepless night we suffered through due to the loud and deafening noise that lasted till morning. I and another guest went down to the front desk to ask if there is any kind of provision in the room due to the inconvenience and the lady (ie not a 'lady' at all, on my right when I was facing the desk) was so rude, abrupt and with no care shown snapped, 'if u want water you buy it'. What was aggravating was the evening when water supply was cut off from midnight to morning. The dust caused my allergies to flare up. We were not aware when we booked that the hotel is being repaired. Local small business owners, artists, and crafters will be a part of our small business shopping boutique and craft fair from 10AM.
